Refunds
When you get your money back, said plainly rather than buried.

Try before you buy
- Bridge Battle is free and runs on exactly the same setup as every paid game. If it works on your stream, the rest will too.
- That is the honest way to find out whether these suit you, and it costs nothing.
When you get a refund
- It does not work on your setup and it cannot be fixed. Give it a fair go with help in the Discord first, but if it will not run for you, you get your money back.
- It is materially not what the page described.
- You were charged twice, or charged for the wrong game.
- You bought a game you already owned.
When you do not
- You changed your mind after playing it on stream. These are digital and cannot be handed back.
- You do not like how it plays, having seen what it does before buying.
- Your access was removed for sharing or reselling it.
- It has been more than fourteen days and none of the reasons above apply.
How to ask
- Message the creator in the Discord. Say which game and what went wrong. There is no form and no ticket queue.
- Expect a reply within a couple of days. Refunds go back the same way the payment came in.
- When a refund is issued, the Discord role comes off and the game locks again on this site.
A note on fairness
This is one person selling games he made, not a storefront with a returns department. Ask, explain what happened, and you will be dealt with reasonably. That works both ways.
Questions
Anything here that is unclear, ask in the Discord. A plain answer beats a clause.
