Terms

The short version

• PeakPlay sells access to browser games you run on your own stream. You pay once for a game and it stays yours. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Buying a game gets you a personal licence to play it and to broadcast it. It does not transfer ownership of the game itself.

How a purchase works

• There is no checkout on this site. You arrange payment directly with the creator in the PeakPlay Discord, using whatever method you both agree on.
• Once payment is settled, a Discord role is added to your account. That role is what unlocks the game here. Sign in with Discord and it appears in your library.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you paid is the price you paid; a later change does not create a debt in either direction.

What you can do with a game

• Stream it, record it, upload the recording, and monetise those streams and videos. That is what these are built for.
• Use it on as many of your own streams as you like, on any device you personally use.

What you cannot do

• Share, resell, sublicense or give away your access, including by lending your Discord account.
• Copy, rehost, decompile or redistribute the game files, or pass them to anyone else.
• Claim you made the game, or remove or obscure PeakPlay branding from it.
• Use it to break TikTok's rules, or any other platform's rules. What you broadcast is your responsibility.

Access and availability

• Games are web pages served over the internet. They should be available whenever you need them, but no uptime is promised and outages are possible.
• Games get updated. A change might alter balance, controls or appearance. Updates are included and are not optional, since there is only ever one live version.
• A game could be retired. If that happens, you will be told in the Discord ahead of time wherever possible.

Ending access

• Access can be removed without a refund if these terms are broken, in particular by sharing or reselling access.
• You can walk away whenever you like. Leaving the Discord server removes the role that unlocks paid games, so leaving and coming back means asking for the role again.

Liability

• These are games for a livestream. They are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind.
• PeakPlay is not liable for lost stream time, lost gift revenue, lost followers, or any other loss arising from using or being unable to use a game. Any claim is limited to what you paid for that game.

Changes

• These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use a game after a change means the new terms apply.
• PeakPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Discord, or any game whose style inspired one of these.
